摘要:
针对某工程使用的厚壁直缝埋弧焊管初期出现过焊缝横向裂纹的问题,通过查找裂纹产生的原因,研究、制定控制横向裂纹产生的措施,分析了厚壁直缝埋弧焊管焊接横向裂纹产生的原因,从焊管的成型、焊前预热、焊接工艺、焊接材料和设备、焊后保温缓冷、消氢热处理、CTOD试验和垂直气电立焊等方面提出了控制焊接横向裂纹的方法,简要介绍了出现焊接横向裂纹的返修方法。
Abstract:
Aiming at transverse cracks occurred in the weld of heavy wall-thickness SAWL pipe in some engineering, it analyzed the causes, studied and formulated control measures. It put forward the methods for controlling transverse cracks from welded pipe forming, preheat before welding, welding process, welding material and equipment, heat preservation and slow cooling after welding, eliminate hydrogen heat treatment, CTOD test, vertical electro-gas welding and others. It also briefly introduced the repair welding methods.
