摘要:
简要说明了1Cr18Ni9Ti铬镍奥氏体不锈钢材质的焊接性,论述了1Cr18Ni9Ti铬镍奥氏体不锈钢管45°固定焊条电弧焊的操作要领,以及与其他位置的管子固定焊的区别。依据铬镍奥氏体不锈钢材质的特性,对如何选用合适的焊接材料以及适用的工艺参数进行了分析。介绍了焊接1Cr18Ni9Ti铬镍奥氏体不锈钢的关键点,详述了焊前准备,焊接设备的选用,试件的组对及定位焊的工艺要求,并对焊接工艺特点、注意事项、打底焊和盖面焊接的方法以及焊接操作手法等进行了详细叙述。并对焊后外观的清理提出了要求,说明了外观检验、X射线探伤、耐腐蚀性能及力学性能试验检测标准的依据。
Abstract:
In this article, it briefly introduced weldability of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steel, discussed the essential points of operation of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steel pipe 45° fixed electrode arc welding, and the differences of fixed welding in other positions. According to the characteristics of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steel, it explained how to select appropriate welding materials and applicable welding parameters. It also introduced the key points of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steel, expatiated preparation before welding, selecting welding equipment, test specimen assembly, technical requirements for tack welding, welding technology characterictics, other matters should be attention, welding methods and welding operations for back welding and cover welding. Finally, it put forward demands for cleaning surface after welding, explained test standards for surface inspection, X-ray radiographic inspection, anti-corrosion and mechanical properties tests.
