摘要:
对比分析了几种应用较多的特殊螺纹接头的螺纹检验项目,包括螺纹中径、密封面参数及螺纹形状等。介绍了特殊螺纹关键参数量值溯源的方式。指出利用接触测量如螺纹校准台配合特殊工装设备测量中径量规及密封面直径量规、三坐标测量机配合编程测量中径标准量块及密封面标准量块;非接触测量如光学三坐标测量机测量齿形量规,可以实现特殊螺纹接头关键参数对应量具及标准量块的校准,从而建立起完整的特殊螺纹接头关键参数量值溯源体系。
Abstract:
Premium thread connections widely apply to oil and gas exploration and development projects. Firstly, it compared and analyzed structural features and their traceability methods of several connections which have a wide range of applications in oilfield. Compared to API thread connections, it pointed out that the key parameters gages of premium thread connections such as pitch diameter inspection gages, sealing parameters gages and thread profile gages can be calibrated by using the following methods, contacting measure pitch diameter inspection gages and seal diameters gages with special fixture design on gage calibration system, programming measure gage setting standards through 3D coordinate measuring machine, and optically measure thread profile gages and other sheet gages through optical coordinate measuring machine. Thus, it could establish an integrated traceability system for the key parameters of the premium thread connections.
