摘要:
C-276哈氏合金广泛应用于石油化工设备中,因无缝管价格昂贵,工厂普遍采用C-276焊接管。C-276焊接管在焊后不进行冷轧和固溶退火处理,焊缝产生的枝晶组织会大大降低C-276焊接管的耐腐蚀性能,导致焊接管的焊缝处极易发生腐蚀失效。通过对经过冷轧+固溶退火处理与未经过任何焊后处理的C-276焊接管金相组织分析及耐腐蚀性能比较,结果表明,冷轧和固溶退火处理能够明显提高C-276焊接钢管的耐腐蚀性能。
Abstract:
C-276 hastelloy is widely used in petrochemical equipment, and C-276 welded pipe is generally adopted by plants due to expensive price of seamless pipe. The dendritic structure in weld of C-276 welded pipe would reduce corrosion resistance greatly, on condition that without cold rolling and solution annealing after welding for C-276 welded pipe, and corrosion failure would easily occur in weld of welded pipe. Through comparing the metallographic structure and corrosion resistance of C-276 welded pipe under cold rolling and solution annealing with that of without any treatment after welding. The result showed that cold rolling and solution annealing after welding can achieve excellent corrosion resistance for C-276 welded pipe.
