摘要:
X射线照相是厚板双面或单面多道次焊缝中气孔和夹渣、未焊透或未熔合、裂纹等内部缺陷有效的检测方法,但其检测质量受胶片品质及评判人经验等诸多影响因素困扰。不锈钢焊缝射线照相另外还有一个特别的“衍射斑纹”识别问题。因此大多数壁厚不大且采用单面一次焊接的不锈钢焊管应优先采用目测、超声和涡流等检测方法。即使是双面或单面多道次焊管,也不宜仅以X射线照相为判别其质量的唯一依据。
Abstract:
X-ray radiography test is an effective inspection method for detecting internal defects such as porosity,slag inclusion,lack of fusion or incomplete penetration,and crack in double-side or single-side multi-pass weld,however the test quality is disturbed by many factors,including film quality,auditor’s experience etc. A special identification problem diffraction mottling exists in X-ray radiography of stainless steel weld. Therefore,most single-side,single-pass welded stainless steel pipe with thin wall thickness shall prefer to adopting visual inspection,ultrasonic test,eddy current etc. Even for double-side or single-side multi-pass welded stainless steel pipe,the X-ray radiography is not the only method to judge pipe quality.
