摘要:
为了研究冷弯成型效应对中厚壁冷弯方管的影响,以材料等级Q235和Q345、厚度4~8 mm、截面尺寸60 mm×60 mm~150 mm×150 mm的方管为研究对象,进行材料性能试验,得到方管的强度提高值和强屈比,分析成型工艺、板料厚度和截面尺寸等因素对冷弯方管的影响。结果表明,圆角和平板部位强度均有提高,但圆角强度提高值更大,这与圆角部位变形量较大有关;焊缝处经过高温变形,相对于对面和两侧平板强度值均更大一些;而且,平板强屈比波动区间较大,与圆角相比,其数值的离散性更大;方管同一截面上平板部位强屈比大于圆角部位,两者数值呈负相关。
Abstract:
To study the cold-forming effect on cold-formed middle thick-walled square tube,the performance test of material was conducted on steel grade Q235 and Q345, thickness of 4~8 mm and cross-sectional dimensions of 60 mm×60 mm~150 mm×150 mm square tube, the strength increased value and yield ratio were increased. The effect on cold-formed square tube was analyzed from forming process, sheet thickness and cross-sectional size and other factors. The results showed that the strength of both rounded corners and flat parts were improved. However, because of the large deformation,the increasing value of rounded corners is more. Compared with rounded corners,the fluctuation range of flat parts is large, and the numerical discreteness is larger. The yield ratio of flat parts is higher than that of rounded corners on the same cross-section of square tube, two values present negative correlation.
