摘要:
为了验证国产CT100级连续油管在页岩气井储层改造中的使用效果,结合某页岩气水平开发井(简称A井)的井况和现场应用情况,对国产CT100级连续油管在高温、高压环境施工的要点及关键技术等进行了试验和研究。结果表明:国产CT100级连续油管在高温、高压环境下的强适应性可保障页岩气井储层改造成功;该卷国产CT100级连续油管在A井和邻井的高温、高压的环境中累计安全起下油管60次,其中包括通井作业17次,下桥塞作业2次,射孔41次,充分验证了国产油管过硬的品质。
Abstract:
In order to verify the using effect of domestic CT100 coiled tubing in shale gas well reservoir restruction, combined with well condition and field application situation of a certain horizontal shale gas well(hereinafter referred to as A well), the main points and key technology of domestic CT100 coiled tubing in high temperature and high pressure environment were tested and studied. The results showed that domestic CT100 Coiled Tubing can adapt to a high temperature and high pressure well, therefore it can guarantee shale gas reservoir restruction success; the accumulated safety down well operation 60 times in A well , including drifting 17 times, running bridge plug 2 times, perforating 41 times, fully verified the quality of domestic coiled tubing.
