摘要:
为满足复杂油气井的作业需求,打破国外对连续管的技术垄断,总结了国内已有连续管产品的研究现状,并通过分析国内油田需求状况,探讨了新型连续管未来的发展方向。指出深井、超深井以及复杂水平井作业由于其特殊的地质条件,其使用的连续管研究方向为高强度连续管和耐腐蚀管。同时,探讨了连续管与电缆结合成连续管缆的研究与应用方向,并分析了同心连续管的应用前景。
Abstract:
In order to meet the operation requirements of complex oil and gas wells, to break the foreign technological monopoly for coiled tubing, in this article, it summarized the domestic coiled tubing products, through analysis of domestic oilfield demand, put forward discussion for continuous research and development direction of new type coiled tubing. It pointed out that the research direction of the deep well, ultra deep wells and complex horizontal well operation was high strength coilded tubing and corrosion resistance pipe; discussed the research and application direction of continuous pipe cable (generated by coiled tubing combing with cable); and analyzed the application prospect of concentric coiled tubing.
