摘要:
为了使连续油管作业技术在我国油田得到更广泛的推广应用,借助中石油集团重大推广专项连续管新技术推广平台,青海油田充分利用连续油管作业设备,开展了钻井、完井、采油、修井等27个作业技术领域的试验应用,积极发挥了连续管作业周期短、事故率低、地层伤害小和重入性好等优势,取得了显著的综合经济效益。在应用的基础上,总结了连续管作业技术在青海油田的使用经验,重点包括:推广应用中坚持企业文化引导观念转变、立足油田需求持续技术创新、促进规模应用、借助专项平台转变发展方式;建立高水平的专业化技术服务队伍,形成了低压气井连续管氮气泡沫冲砂作业、连续管通洗井一体化作业、连续管注水井除垢等特色工艺,实现高原井下作业由低端劳务型向现代井下作业技术服务模式的转变。最后,对青海油田连续管技术的应用进行了展望,指出下一步应继续拓展连续管在投产维护、大修、压裂酸化等方面的应用。
Abstract:
In order to widely popularize coiled tubing operation technique in China oil and gas field, with the help of coiled tubing new technology popularization platform of CNPC, qinghai oilfield took full advantages of coiled tubing operation equipments, carried out 27 test applications of technical field including drilling, well completion, oil recovery and workover, gave full play to superiority of coiled tubing operation such as short operation cycle, low accident rate, less formation damage and good reenterability, and gained significant economic benefits. Based on application, experiences of coiled tubing operation technique in qinghai oilfield were summarized, including insisting on corporate culture guiding concept transformation, sustainable innovation based on oil and gas field demands, promoting scale application and changing development mode with the help of special platform; a high level of specialized technical services team was established, coiled tubing nitrogen foam erosion washing operation of low pressure gas well, coiled tubing wiper trip and well washing integration operation, coiled tubing water injection well descaling and some other technologies were formed, and the transformation of plateau downhole operation from low end labour service to modern downhole operation technological mode was realized. Finally, the application of coiled tubing technology in qinghai oil fields was expected, and the application of bringing into production, maintenance, overhaul and acid fracturing were expanded.
