摘要:
为了达到快速连续冲出井筒沉砂、减少漏失和保护地层的目的,针对多年来长庆油田水平井冲砂过程中的常见问题,即冲砂过程卡钻、地层漏失以及冲不动等进行了反复试验和研究,并提出了解决方案。试验研究结果表明,采取连续冲砂、改善冲砂液配方、改进冲砂工具等方法能够有效解决上述问题,且这些方案在长庆油田水平井冲砂作业中取得了较好的应用效果。
Abstract:
In order to wash sand continuously and quickly, reduce the loss and protect stratum, common problems during the sand washing of horizontal wells in Changqing Oilfield, include drilling tool jamming, formation leakage and sand washing stopping, were tested repeatedly and analyzed, and the solution was proposed. The results showed that continuous sand washing and improving the sand washing fluid formula and sand washing tools could solve the problems effectively, and the schemes had a good effect in the sand washing operation of the horizontal wells in Changqing Oilfield.
