摘要:
为了解决UOE生产线上U成型机刀片梁和油缸之间连接装置易损坏的问题,对该连接装置进行了结构分析和受力分析,建立了连接装置的有限元模型,对受力情况进行了仿真计算和验证,得到了连接装置损坏的原因,并结合生产实际对连接装置易损件的材料和结构进行了调整。实际使用结果表明,改进后的装置备件能很好地满足连接装置的受力要求,再未发生连接装置损坏的问题。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of easily damaged connecting device between U-foaming machine sword-like beam and oil cylinder on the UOE production line,the structure and force of connecting device were analyzed,the finite element mechanical model of connecting device was established,and the stress condition was simulating calculated and verified. The damage reason of connecting device was found,and the material and structure of easily damaged connecting device were adjusted combined actual production. The practical used results showed that the improved  equipment spare parts could meet the mechanical requirements of connecting device well, and no accident of device damage took place.
