摘要:
为了解决薄壁小直径输电管道对接环焊缝不平整的问题,以Φ500 mm×6 mm的5系铝管为研究对象,采用两种方案进行焊接试验,方案一:平口对接无间隙,内侧环缝不填丝重熔,外侧填丝焊接;方案二:平口对接留间隙,开坡口,内侧环缝第一遍填丝焊接不摆动,第二遍不填丝重熔,第三遍外侧填丝焊加弧摆的焊接方式。试验结果表明,方案二工艺下其焊缝经过X光成像检测和超声检测,无超标焊接缺陷,符合NB/T 47013《承压设备无损检测》标准要求。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of unevenness in the butt-weld joints of thin-walled and small-diameter power transmission pipelines,the 5 series aluminum tube of 500 mm×6 mm was used as the research object,and two schemes were used for the test. The first plan of circular butt weld without groove and clearance,and the inner circumferential weld was not filled wire remelting. The second plan of circular butt weld without groove and pre-welding gap,and the inner circumferential weld first time filled wire welding did not swing,and the second time not filled wire remelting,and the third time the outside will be filled with wire welding and arc welding. The test results show that under the second scheme,the weld seam passes the X-ray and ultrasonic tests,and there was no welding defect,which meets the requirements of NB/T 47013 Nondestructive Testing of Pressure Equipment.
