摘要:
为了提高热镀锌钢管的涂镀质量以及降低环境污染,对目前钢管热镀锌生产线水冷装置存在的问题进行了分析。分析认为,钢管经空气冷却工序进入水冷工序时,钢管自2~3 m的高处直接落入冷却水槽中,冷却水外溢,污染周围环境;钢管撞击对生产设备以及镀锌钢管质量造成一定损伤;传输链条运行不同步,易产生“别管”现象,甚至有钢管弹飞出水槽,砸伤员工;零部件长时间在水中浸泡,润滑不充分,也加快了零部件的腐蚀,降低了使用寿命,增加了运营成本。针对上述问题,对热镀锌生产线水冷传输机构进行了技术改进,增设放平机构,使钢管水平滚落到水槽中的托管架与齿盘上;利用齿盘输送替代原有的链条输送,使得钢管在水槽内进行有规律的运动,最终将其输送出水槽;齿盘轴倾斜布置,保证两个平行齿盘上的钢管一端先入水,以避免弯曲变形等缺陷的发生。改进后的钢管热镀锌水冷装置,不但能使钢管的冷却更加充分,同时降低了对环境的污染,还能提高设备的可靠性,进而降低运营成本。
Abstract:
In order to improve the coating quality of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe and reduce environmental pollution, the problems existing in the current water-cooling device of hot-dip galvanizing line of steel pipe were analyzed. According to the analysis, when the steel pipe enters the water cooling process through the air cooling process, it will directly enter the cooling water tank at a height of 2~3 m, which will cause the cooling water to overflow and pollute the surrounding environment. The impact of steel pipes on each other causes damage to the production equipment and the quality of the galvanized layer. Due to the unsynchronized operation of the transmission chain, the phenomenon of jamming steel pipe is easy to occur, and even the flying steel pipe hurts the employees. In addition, since the parts are immersed in water for a long time, cause the lubrication to insufficient, the corrosion of parts aggravated, the service life of the parts reduced, and the operating cost of the parts increased. In response to the above problems, the water-cooling transmission mechanism of the hot-dip galvanizing production line has been technically improved, and a leveling mechanism is added to cause the steel pipe to roll horizontally onto the pipe frame and the toothed disc in the water tank. The device uses the toothed disc to transport the alternative chain to make the steel tube move regularly in the water tank, and finally smoothly transports it out of the water tank. The sprocket wheel shaft is arranged obliquely to ensure that one end of the steel pipe on the two paralleled sprocket wheels is first filled with water to avoid defects such as bending deformation. The improved hot-dip galvanizing water-cooling device for steel pipes not only enables the steel pipe to be cooled more fully, but also reduces environmental pollution and operating costs, and at the same time improves the reliability of the equipment.
