摘要:
针对石油套管在服役过程中损坏严重的问题,分析了石油套管损坏的原因,发现油井开采过程中注水会导致油井底层的应力发生转变,当油套管无法适应这种改变时,便会发生损坏。同时原油中的腐蚀介质以及油井注水中的夹杂物均会造成油套管一定程度的损坏。除此之外,射孔作业中,射孔操作的精准度也会对油管的安全服役产生一定影响。在此分析结果之上,提出了降低和预防油套管损坏的措施,现场运用情况良好。
Abstract:
In view of the serious damage of the oil casing during service, the cause of the casing damage was analyzed. It was found that the oilwell water injection in the period of oilwell exploitation would cause the stress of the oilwell bottom to change, and when the oil casing could not adapt to this change, it would be damaged. At the same time, the corrosive medium in the crude oil and the inclusions in the injection water will cause damage to the oil casing. In addition, the accuracy of the perforating operation will also have an impact on the safe service of the tubing in the period of perforating operation. Based on the above analysis results, the measures of reduction and prevention oil casing damage are proposed, and the application in oilfield is good.
