摘要:
为了对一种脐带缆用S32750钢管的单元全位置脉冲TIG焊接工艺进行研究,通过力学、金相及腐蚀等试验手段对其焊接工艺进行了验证,同时通过大量工艺试验优化出了一种最佳的焊接工艺,并进行了实际生产应用。试验结果表明,采用该全位置TIG焊接技术,焊接接头的所有理化性能均满足ISO13628—5的要求。生产实践表明,优化后的焊接工艺焊缝的质量稳定,可用于批量生产S32750脐带缆用盘管。
Abstract:
In order to study a full-position pulsed TIG welding process of S32750 steel pipe unit for umbilical cable, an optimal welding process was optimized through a large number of process tests, and the weld performance was tested by mechanical, metallographic and corrosion test methods. At the same time, the optimal welding process on S32750 steel pipe unit for umbilical cable was carried out by the actual production application. The results show that with this process technology of full-position TIG welding, the all properties of welded joints meet the requirements of ISO13628-5. Production practice shows that the optimized welding process could be used for stable weld quality, and could be used for mass production of pipe coils for S32750 umbilical cable.
