摘要:
为了研究适用于旧油管的除垢方法,以吐哈油田4个区块的油井为研究对象,对油管结垢机理进行了系统分析。提出了刮削除垢的原理,并根据实际井况条件,设计出了“简易移动式”和“工厂化生产式”两种除垢设备。对吐哈油田2 000根73 mm(2 /  in)油管进行了除垢试验,结果显示,在未采用机械除垢技术时,油管修复成功率为60.25%,应用机械除垢技术与油管工艺结合后,修复成功率提升了27%,达到87.25%。结果表明,采用该除垢方法可将油管结垢物清理干净,使油管内表面几何尺寸达到API SPEC 5CT第9版要求。
Abstract:
In order to study the descaling method applicable to old oil pipes,the oil wells in the four blocks of Tuha Oilfield were taken as the research object,and the mechanism of tubing scaling was systematically analyzed. The principle of scraping and descaling is put forward,and according to the actual well conditions,two kinds of descaling equipments such as simple mobile and factory production are designed. The descaling test was carried out on 2 000 tubings of 73 mm. The descaling method combined with the tubing repair process will increase the descaling efficiency of the old tubing in Tuha Oilfield by 27%,and the repair success rate will reach 87.25%.The results show that the descaling method can clean the tubing scale and make the inner surface geometry of the tubing meet the requirements of API SPEC 5CT 9th Edition.
