摘要:
为了对斜接管道的应变规律和失效机理进行研究,对斜接环焊缝管道开展全尺寸爆破试验,并结合理论、有限元计算对比分析了斜接管道的承压能力。试验结果表明,该斜接管道的爆破压力15.6 MPa,斜接环焊缝内夹角处的应力集中是造成环焊缝内夹角处起爆的主要原因,内夹角处的应力应变水平显著高于环焊缝其他位置及管体。对比表明,有限元计算结果误差率明显低于理论计算,且能够得出不同位置的受力分布以及精准预测爆口位置。参考相关设计规范,确定管道的许用承载压力为6.5 MPa,高于管线设计压力,为该管线安全运行和工程决策提供了技术参考。
Abstract:
In order to study the strain law and failure mechanism of miter butt pipeline,full-size burst test of miter butt girth weld pipeline was carried out,and the bearing capacity of miter butt pipe was analyzed combined with theory and finite element calculation. The test results showed that the bursting pressure of the miter butt pipe was 15.6 MPa,the main reason for the initiation at the internal angle of miter butt girth weld was the stress concentration at the internal angle of miter butt girth weld,and the stress and strain at the internal angle was significantly higher than that at other positions of girth weld and pipe body. The comparison indicated that the error rate of finite element calculation was obviously lower than that of theoretical calculation,the force distribution at different positions could be obtained,and the location of the blasting hole could be predicted accurately. Referred to relevant design specifications,the allowable bearing pressure of the pipeline was determined to be 6.5 MPa,which was higher than the design pressure of the pipeline,and it provides a technical reference for the safe operation and engineering decision of the pipeline.
