摘要:
用X射线工业电视进行焊缝质量检验时,为准确定位焊缝缺陷距管端的距离,方便后续工序能够快速准确地找到缺陷位置,进行缺陷修补,提高工作效率,提出了定位测量系统设计方案。在现有的工作环境、工艺流程和检验设备的情况下,根据工检大车运行状态,结合现场的实际情况,在工检大车一侧安装导轨、编码器及测量辊,通过支架固定在导轨侧面,并保证其位置固定不变,测量辊沿着导轨稳定旋转。工检X射线机头与钢管一端之间安装光电开关,该开关量信号能够及时传递给智能计数器,设定初始值及测量相应的长度,测量系统安装完成后经过多次测量与调试,满足了现场检验要求。
Abstract:
During weld quality inspection on X-ray industrial TV, in order to accurately locate the distance of weld defects from the pipe end, facilitate the subsequent process to quickly and accurately locate the location of defects, and repair defects to improve work efficiency, the design scheme of positioning and measurement system was put forward. In this scheme, under the existing working environment, technological process and inspection equipment, according to the running state of the procedure inspection cart and the actual situation on the site, a guide rail is installed on one side of the procedure inspection cart. The encoder and measuring roller are fixed on the side of the guide rail through a bracket, and the position is fixed and the measuring roller rotates steadily along the guide rail. Setting the initial value and measuring the corresponding length, after the installation of the measurement system, it has been measured and debugged for many times, meeting the requirements of field inspection.
