摘要:
为了满足管线项目技术要求,同时摆脱传统内补口人工粉刷工艺补口质量差、容易造成补口失效的困扰,采用免补口不锈钢管环焊接工艺进行焊接。该工艺对钢管两端预先进行表面防腐处理,然后利用不锈钢材料进行结构的复合,通过内圈气体保护焊和外圈氩弧焊进行焊接,从而在焊口处和管端形成不锈钢合金层,达到防腐补口的目的。该工艺的成功应用表明,免补口不锈钢管环焊接工艺施工相对简单,完全可实现管体内壁防腐免补口作业。
Abstract:
In order to meet the technical requirements of pipeline projects, and get rid of the problem of poor quality and easy failure of the traditional manual patching process, the free joint-coating stainless steel pipe ring welding process is adopted. Surface anticorrosion treatment of both ends of steel pipe is carried out in advance by this process, then it uses stainless steel material to compound the structure, and through the inner ring gas shielded welding and outer ring argon arc welding, the stainless steel alloy layer, at the weld joint and the end of the pipe, is formed so as to achieve the purpose of anticorrosive patching. The successful application of the process shows that the construction of ring welding process for the free joint-coating stainless steel pipe is relatively simple, and the anticorrosion and free joint-coating operation for inner wall of the pipe can be completely realized.
