摘要:
针对铝焊管焊接区过长导致的铝焊缝熔合线不规整、过烧、夹杂或冷焊,甚至无法完成焊接等问题,指出挤压辊外径大小是决定焊接区长短的要因。经过分析和大量的实践证明,将现有铝焊管用挤压辊外径减小44%~55%,进而缩短焊接区长度30.5%~38.7%,这样显著缩短了加热焊接区长度与焊接时间,对防止待焊铝管坯边缘坍塌、缩短待焊铝管坯边缘氧化时间、实现铝管焊接温度精准控制等有重要意义。
Abstract:
In view of the problems that the length of the welding zone of the aluminum welded pipe is too long, which leads to the irregular fusion line of the aluminum weld, overburning, inclusion or cold welding, and even the failure to complete the welding, it is pointed out that the outer diameter of squeezing roll is the key factor to determine the length of welding zone. Analysis and a large number of practice have proved that the outer diameter of squeezing roll of existing aluminum welded pipe was reduced by 44%~55%, the length of welding zone was shorten by 30.5%~38.7%, in this way, the length of heating welding zone and welding time are significantly shortened, which is of great significance for preventing edge collapse of aluminum pipes to be welded and shortening edge oxidation time of aluminum pipes to be welded and realizing precise control of welding temperature of aluminum pipes.
