摘要:
为了开发酸性服役条件下的管线用管,通过对耐酸管硬度控制的研究、X70MS钢级卷板化学成分的设计、焊接材料的合理匹配以及焊接工艺参数的调整,研制出了X70MS钢级Φ711 mm×9.5 mm规格耐酸性埋弧焊管,并对试制钢管进行了化学成分分析、显微组织分析、硬度测试、力学性能检验以及HIC和SSC试验。试验结果显示,焊管管体屈服强度为489~555 MPa、抗拉强度为597~607 MPa,焊缝抗拉强度为667~679 MPa,管体和焊缝硬度均小于250HV10,0 ℃下母材冲击功大于226 J,焊缝单个冲击功大于169 J;母材、焊缝和热影响区裂纹敏感率(CSR)、裂纹长度率(CLR)、裂纹厚度率(CTR)均为零;在72%SMYS、80%SMYS和90%SMYS三种载荷下SSC试样的拉伸面在10倍显微镜下均未发现断裂。试制结果表明,X70MS管材表现出良好的力学性能和耐酸性, 各项性能满足API SPEC 5L标准要求。
Abstract:
In order to develop the pipeline under the condition of the acid service,through the research on the hardness control of the acid resistant pipe,the design of the chemical composition of X70MS coil plate,the reasonable matching of the welding materials and the adjustment of the welding process parameters,the X70MS steel grade Φ711 mm×9.5 mm acid resistant submerged arc welded pipe is developed. The chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis,hardness test,mechanical property test,HIC and SSC tests were carried out for the trial steel pipe. The test results show that the yield strength of the welded pipe body is 489~555 MPa,the tensile strength is 597~607 MPa and the tensile strength of weld is 667~679 MPa,the hardness of pipe body and weld is less than 250HV10,the impact energy of base metal at 0 ℃ is greater than 226 J,and the single impact energy of weld is greater than 169 J. CSR,CLR and CTR of the base metal,weld and HAZ are all zero. Under 72%SMYS,80%SMYS and 90%SMYS loadings,no fracture was found on the tensile surface of SSC specimen under 10 times microscope. The trial production results show that X70MS pipe has good mechanical properties and acid resistance,and all properties meet the requirements of API SPEC 5L standard.
