摘要:
针对螺旋埋弧焊管X射线检测过程中,检测车制动不稳定,故障率高,进而影响检验质量和检验效率的问题,对X射线检测车在制动方面存在的问题进行了分析,采用在工检大车轮轴上增加制动器的方式,加装了辅助制动耐磨套和电力液压鼓式制动器,并进行了现场应用。结果表明,改进后的X射线检测车停车准确、平稳、可靠,制动范围能够满足检验要求,为解决检测车可靠制动问题提供了一种有效的解决方案。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the brake of the inspection vehicle is unstable and the failure rate is high,which affects the inspection quality and efficiency in the process of X-ray inspection of spiral submerged arc welded pipe,the problems existing in the braking of the X-ray inspection vehicle are analyzed. The auxiliary brake wear-resistant sleeve and electric hydraulic drum brake were installed in the way of adding brake on the wheel shaft of the procedure inspection vehicle,and the application was carried out on the spot. The results show that the improved X-ray inspection vehicle stops accurately,stably and reliably,and the braking range can meet the inspection requirements,which provides an effective solution to solve the problem of reliable braking of the inspection vehicle.
