摘要:
为了适应国内某“三高”(高温、高压、超高压高温)工况的油气区块的需求,开发了一种适用于钛合金油管的高性能油管特殊螺纹接头。螺纹接头采用负角度承载面和不同内外螺纹齿高参数的牙型、合理的锥面/锥面密封面角度和密封过盈量配合以及接箍内螺纹的负角度扭矩台肩的螺纹接头设计。有限元分析结果表明:该设计可保证螺纹接头具有良好的抗螺纹粘扣性能,以及在室温和高温复合载荷下具有优异的气密封能力。全尺寸实物评价试验表明:设计开发的特殊螺纹接头具有良好的抗螺纹粘扣性能、优异的室温和高温复合载荷条件下气密封性能、较高的抗弯曲能力以及较高的抗压缩能力。
Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of a domestic oil and gas block with three high (high temperature, high pressure, and ultra-high pressure and high temperature), a high-performance special threaded joint for titanium alloy tubing was developed. The threaded joint is designed with negative angle bearing surface and different tooth profile of internal and external thread parameters, reasonable cone/cone sealing surface angle and sealing interference fit, and negative angle torque shoulder of coupling internal thread. The results of finite element analysis show that the design can ensure that the threaded joint has good thread gluing resistance and excellent gas seal performance under the combined load of room temperature and high temperature. The full-scale physical evaluation test shows that the special threaded joint has good thread gluing resistance, excellent gas seal performance under room temperature and high temperature combined load conditions, high bending resistance and high compression resistance.
