摘要:
 奥氏体不锈钢焊接过程中一直需要背面充氩保护,无法进行其他焊口的组对及焊接,并且浪费了大量氩气,增加了施工成本,降低了施工工效。为了解决这一难题,采用自保护药皮焊丝替代背面内充氩的方式进行焊缝背面保护,以022Cr17Ni12Mo2奥氏体不锈钢为例介绍了背面免充氩焊接工艺,通过对焊接接头进行外观检测、无损检测、力学性能试验及晶间腐蚀试验,结果均能满足要求,验证了焊接工艺的可靠性。采用奥氏体不锈钢背面免充氩工艺施工可提高焊缝的焊接质量,提升施工工效,节约施工成本。
Abstract:
 In view of the fact that back argon filling protection is always needed in the welding process of austenitic stainless steel, other welding joints can not be grouped and welded, and a large amount of Argon is wasted, which increases the construction cost and reduces the construction efficiency. In order to solve this problem, self-protective coated welding wire was used instead of Argon filling in the back to protect the weld back. Taking 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 austenitic stainless steel as an example, the back Argon free welding process is introduced. The appearance inspection, non-destructive testing, mechanical property test and intergranular corrosion test of welding joint can meet the requirements, and the reliability of the welding process is verified. The application of austenitic stainless steel back argon free process can improve the welding quality, improve the construction efficiency and save the construction cost.
