摘要:
为了延长连续管使用寿命,降低作业成本,采用对接焊的方式进行连续管现场修复,从焊前准备、焊材匹配、焊接工艺参数设置几个方面对连续管对接焊工艺进行了分析,并对焊接接头的力学性能和抗疲劳性能进行了检测。结果显示,焊接接头力学性能符合Q/SY 07018—2020标准要求,对接焊接头疲劳寿命为管体母材的25%~35%。对接焊修复的连续管在青海油田现场成功进行了压裂作业,应用结果表明,连续管现场对接焊技术能够有效提高连续管的使用寿命。
Abstract:
In order to prolong the service life of coiled tubing and reduce the operation cost, the butt welding method is adopted for the on-site repair of coiled tubing. The butt welding process of coiled tubing is analyzed from the aspects of preparation before welding, welding material matching and welding process parameter setting, and the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of welded joints are tested. The results show that the mechanical properties of the welded joint meet the requirements of Q / SY 07018—2020 standard, and the fatigue life of the butt welded joint is 25%~35% of the base metal. The coiled tubing repaired by butt welding was successfully fractured in Qinghai Oilfield. The application results show that the on-site butt welding technology can effectively improve the service life of coiled tubing.
