摘要:
为了提高铝焊管的生产质量,针对目前没有高频直缝焊接铝管用管坯规范标准的情况,以汽车热交换器用复合铝合金焊管为例,依据焊接铝管生产工艺要求并结合铝板、铝带、铝箔能够达到的技术水平,从铝管坯的化学成分、力学性能与状态、覆层材料、标识与包装、管坯宽度、管坯宽度允许误差、管坯厚度允许误差、切口形貌、管坯表面、管坯外观等方面进行分析,提出了高频直缝焊接铝管用管坯的基本要求,为高频直缝焊接铝管用管坯国家标准的制定及铝焊管的质量提升提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to improve the production quality of aluminum welded pipe,in view of the lack of specifications and standards for pipe blank for high frequency straight seam aluminum welded pipe,this study takes composite aluminum alloy welded pipe for automobile heat exchanger as an example.According to the production process requirements of aluminum welded pipe and the technical level that aluminum plate,aluminum strip and aluminum foil can achieve,from the chemical composition,mechanical properties and state,coating material,identification and packaging,blank width,allowable error of blank width,allowable error of pipe blank thickness,notch morphology,pipe blank surface and pipe blank appearance are analyzed,the basic requirements of pipe blank for high frequency straight seam aluminum welded pipe,which can provide reference for the formulation of national standard and the quality improvement of aluminum welded pipe.
