摘要:
在执行API SPEC 5L管线规范的过程中,当使用X射线数字检测方法对钢管焊缝进行无损检测时,检测标准应采用API SPEC 5L规范的引用标准ISO 10893-7,该标准未对双丝像质计的使用频次等工艺要求进行明确,因此还需要参考其引用标准ISO 17636-2的相关要求执行。为了使X射线数字检测方法的工艺文件编制及工艺执行更加严谨和完善,以ISO 10893-7—2019为主,将其与ISO 17636-2—2013的相关内容进行对比,并对两者的主要差异进行了分析,以便为X射线数字检测的工艺执行提供参考和依据。
Abstract:
During the implementation of API 5L line pipe specification,when the X-ray digital nondestructive inspection method is used to detect the defect of steel pipe welds,the inspection standard shall refer to referenced standard ISO 10893-7 of API 5L.The standard ISO 10893-7 does not specify the process requirements such as the frequency of double wire image quality indicator,in this case,the relevant requirements of referenced standard ISO 17636-2 of API 5L shall be referred to.In order to make the documents preparation and execution of X-ray digital inspection process more rigorous and perfect,ISO 10893-7—2019 is focused on and the relevant contents of ISO 17636-2—2013 are compared with the former,and the main differences are found out,so as to provide more reference and basis for the process implementation of X-ray digital detection.
