摘要:
分析了输水钢管爆裂事故多产生于环向焊缝处的原因。简单介绍了国外输水钢管常用的承插搭接焊接口及美国的胶圈柔性接口形式。美国输水钢管设计的壁厚较薄,钢管连接采用胶圈柔性接口,这种壁厚和连接设计的合理性、安全可靠性已经大量工程实践证明。最后,详细介绍了近年来我国输水钢管接口技术的发展,指出:输水钢管有其自己的连接特性,掌握多种接口技术并给以发展,是输水钢管发展的必由之路。
Abstract:
This article analyses causes that most burst accidents occurred on circumferential weld of water transmission pipeline and also briefly introduces abroad socket overlap welding joint in common use and America rubber seal flexible joint type.Thinner wall-thickness is designed for connection of water pipes by America.So rubber seal flexible joint type is used for pipe connection.And its rationality and security reliability of wall thickness and connection design have been proved by a lot of projects.Finally,it introduces the development of connection technology for water pipeline in China,and points out that
