摘要:
通过对厚壁双面螺旋埋弧焊管生产中外焊裂纹产生的原因的分析以及生产实践摸索,指出最佳成形系数应在1.4~1.6之间,,并提出了控制焊缝成形系数的一些具体措施,对生产实践有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:
It is pointed out that the best forming factor shall be between 1.4~1.6 and put forward to some specific measures to control forming factor of weld seam. It will have guidance to the production practice through analysis of the reason of outside cracks during manufacturing of double spiral submerged arc welded pipe with heavy wall thickness and production practice.
