摘要:
介绍了国外连续油管在油田井下作业的实际应用范围、经济效益和技术优势,及其技术装备发展的概况。分析了国内引进连续油管技术在各个主要油田井下作业的试用情况、所取得的初步成效和目前存在的问题。指出我国连续油管技术的发展方向在于开发出这种技术的软件和连续油管的国产化,目前的关键是冶金行业要开发出适用于制造连续油管的热轧板卷和无缝管坯,因而要全面消化引进,进行技术创新。
Abstract:
This article introduced coiled tubing actual application range,economic benefit and technology advantage,as well as general situation of coiled tubing technology & equipment development in the aboard oil fields downhole works.With China introduced coiled tubing technology applied in various oil fields downhole works,it analyzed our achieving preliminary efficiency and existing problems.The article also pointed out the key of popularizing coiled tubing technology application in China is developing coiled tubing application software and coiled tubing products manufactured by China.Currently,it is important for metallurgic industry developing out HRC strip and seamless blank used for coiled tubing.So China should completely introduced coiled tubing technology to learn,and then conduct technology innovation.
