摘要:
应用有限元模拟方法分析了石油管材在使用状态和高刚度封堵管端试验条件下的静水压强度和变形效应。结果表明,足够刚度端部约束的静水压试验条件下的管材试样内屈服压力和内压爆破压力与使用状态下的平面应变状态基本相同,管端效应不明显。但封堵管端静水压带来的管材内部应变分布与使用状态相差很大,只有在试样长度与外径比值达到一定数值(与管材径厚比有关)时,试样中间部分的应变分布才能忽略端部效应影响。
Abstract:
This article analyzed hydrostatic strength and distortion under working condition and pipe end be sealed with high grade steel using finite element simulation method.The results showed that inside yield pressure and inside explosion pressure of pipe specimen which are under hydrostatic pressure with enough steel strength end restriction are same with that of using plane strain state, and effect on pipe ends is not obvious.Whereas there is great difference between pipe inside strain distribution and using status under sealing pipe end hydrostatic pressure.Only if specimen length and outside diameter ratio reach a certain value,the strain distribution in middle section of specimen may ignore pipe end effect.
