摘要:
为了解决采油筛管过滤单元环形焊缝自动焊接的问题,利用现有的焊接装备,设计了一种焊枪移动和摆动机构。采用熔化极氩弧焊,实现了采油筛管过滤单元环形焊缝的自动焊接技术并提高了焊接质量和效率。其关键技术包括焊枪横向行走机构、纵向行走机构以及旋转机构的设计和控制。机构传动采用了基于SOPC技术的系统控制,在环焊缝焊接过程中采用了焊缝自动跟踪系统,提高了控制精度和稳定性。对环焊缝自动焊接机构的各个传动部件及控制系统进行了运行试验,结果表明,系统的稳定性和焊接效率能够满足采油筛管过滤单元环形焊缝的质量要求。
Abstract:
It adopted current welding equipment to design a kind of moving and swinging organ for welding torch in order to solve the problem of screen pipe filtration unit circular welding seam automatic welding.Adopting melting polarity argon arc welding realized automatic welding technology of screen pipe filtration unit circular welding seam and increased welding quality and efficiency.The key technologies include:design transverse,longitudinal,rotation moving organs of control welding torch.Organs driving adopts system control based on SOPC technology.During circular welding seam,it adoptes weld automatic tracing system to enhance control precision and stability.Through running tests on driving units and control system of circular welding seam automatic welding machine,the results showed that the system stability and welding efficiency can meet quality requirements of screen pipe filtration unit circular welding seam.
