摘要:
介绍了螺旋焊管内焊跟踪机械装置的结构组成及跟踪原理,指出了该跟踪装置中微调机构的操作要领及油缸的选择方法。该装置经过现场使用表明,对于一般工程用焊管或管线钢管,机械式内焊跟踪就能满足需要,且操作简单,易维修。
Abstract:
This article introduced structure composition and tracking principle of SAWH pipe inside weld mechanical device,pointed out operation main points and of microadjusting device and hydro-cylinder selection method of this tracking device.Field use practice showed that mechanical inside welding tracking can meet requirements for general engineering steel pipe or line pipe,operate simply and east to maintain.
