摘要:
提出了一种用切削法实现高频焊管去除内毛刺的方法,用环形刀块切除内毛刺,气压监控装置实时检测毛刺残余高度,并通过液压伺服装置动态调节刀具切削深度。该装置最小可用于30mm焊管的内毛刺去除,去除毛刺的最大残留高度为0.045mm。该去除内毛刺装置加工精度高,使用稳定可靠。
Abstract:
It is more difficult to remove the inner-burr inside of medium or small diameter welded pipes.An elimination method of cutting inner-burr is presented in this paper.In the elimination system,the cylindrical tool is used to cutting the inner-burr.Pressure monitoring device processing of real-time detection Residual height of the burr is online detected with pressure monitoring device,and the cutting depth can be dynamic adjustment with hydraulic servo.The minimum working diameter of the system is 30mm,and the residual burr maximum height is 0.045mm.It is proved that the development elimination system is of stable and reliable.
