摘要:
我国焊接套管和油管的产量较低,有发展空间。小直径高频焊管机组生产套管和油管主要有两种工艺,一种是定径工艺,另一种是张力减径工艺。分析了国内外焊接套管和油管生产概况;国外在高频焊管机组中张力减径机的配置;我国油井管钢级使用情况,以及两种工艺生产焊接套管和油管的质量、成本、投资、能源消耗、产量等情况。建议大多数焊管厂家,采用定径工艺生产焊接套管和油管更加合理。
Abstract:
The output of China welded casing and tubing is small quantity.There are two kinds of process in producing casing and tubing using small sized HFW production unit,one is sizing process; the other is stretch reducing block process.In this article,it introduced general production situation of casing and tubing at home and abroad,and stretch reducing block process was adopted in the abroad ERW production line.It also presented the steel grade application condition of China casing and tubing.After comparison with the quality,cost,investment,energy consumption and output under the different process,it suggested that it was more applicable for most welded pipe manufacturer to adopt sizing process to produce ERW casing and tubing.
