摘要:
俄罗斯在干线输气管道建设中,倾向于采用高强度等级管线钢(如K65和K55等)制造管道及管道连接件。简要介绍了俄罗斯干线输气管道用10Г2ФБЮ钢(属于K55)三通连接管的制造工艺。研究了用10Г2ФБЮ钢制作的三通连接管的金相组织、力学性能和抗脆性破坏能力等,结果表明,在连接管的制造过程中采用淬火+高温回火的最终热处理工序可以改善母材和焊接接头的金相组织并提高它们的强度特性。
Abstract:
In the construction of trunk gas transportation pipeline in Russia, it trends to manufacture line pipe and pipeline fittings by adopting high strength steel(K65 and K55 and others). It briefly introduced manufacturing process of 10Г2ФБЮsteel(belongs to K55) tee connection pipe used for trunk gas transportation pipeline,studied metallographic structure,mechanical properties,brittleness fracture resistance and other properties of tee connection pipe. The results showed that adopting the final heat treatment process of quenching + high temperature tempering can improve metallographic structure of base metal and welding connections, and can increase its strength.
