摘要:
介绍了X100(690 MPa)高强度管线钢管在国际管线中的应用。提出了基于应变设计的X100管线管的具体要求。详细介绍了基于应变设计的X100管线钢板和钢管的开发与生产情况,并对所试制的X100管线钢管的各项性能及几何尺寸进行了检测。试验和检测结果表明,新开发钢管的各项性能满足设计要求,即较低的屈强比、足够的均匀伸长率以及具有圆屋顶形状的应力-应变曲线等;钢管的几何尺寸精度高,钢管的椭圆度偏差较低,壁厚分布范围较窄。
Abstract:
It briefly introduced application of X100(690 MPa) high strength line pipes in international pipelines, put forward specific requirements of X100 line pipes based on strain design. It detailedly introduced development and production status of X100 steel plate and steel pipe based on strain design, and carried out inspection for each property and geometry dimension of X100 pipeline steel. The tests and inspection results showed that each property of developed steel pipe can meet design requirements, such as lower yield ratio, enough uniform elongation rate and vaulting shape stress-strain curve. Steel pipe possesses perfect geometry dimension precision, the deviation of ovality is lower, and the range of wall thickness distribution is narrow.
