摘要:
国际大型钢铁公司及相关企业从20世纪90年代就开始了X100及以上钢级高性能管线钢的研发和试应用,目前已经取得了许多成功经验,进行了小规模试生产,并相应地公开了一些专利,如日本新日铁、JFE、住友金属和NKK公司,加拿大IPSCO(伊普斯科钢管)公司,美国Exxon Mobil(埃克森美孚石油)公司,韩国浦项(POSCO)公司等。简要介绍和分析了这7家公司所公开的X100及以上钢级管线钢的典型专利,对我国X100及以上高钢级管线钢的研发有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
Abstract:
Since 1990s,the oversea major steel corporations or related enterprises have started to research and develop activities on pipeline steels X100 grade and above. At present,they gained much experience through smallquantity lot trial production, and published some technology patents,such as Nippon Steel,JFE,Sumitomo Metal Industries,NKK,IPSCO,Exxon Mobil and POSCO corporations.Based on the typical technology patents owned by the above mentioned 7 corporations,this paper briefly analyzed and introduced patented technologies,and gave some references for China research and development the pipeline steel X100 grade and above.
