摘要:
论述了管线钢屈强比的作用和要求,分析了屈强比对钢管形变容量、缺陷容量及承载能力的影响。综合部分标准对管线钢屈强比的要求,指出屈强比超标或对屈强比的大小有疑虑时,应结合材料的应力-应变曲线及其均匀伸长率、形变硬化指数和静力韧度等综合进行评价。并从强化机制、化学成分、控轧控冷工艺和显微组织等方面,分析了管线钢屈强比的控制因素。
Abstract:
This article discussed function and requirements for yield ratio of pipeline steel,analyzed effect of yield ratio on steel pipe shape deformation capacity,defect capacity and carrying capacity.It introduced requirements for pipeline steel yield ratio in some standards,and pointed out that when the yield ratio is exceeded or uncertain,it should be evaluated combined with stress-strain curve of material and its elongation rate,shape deformation hardening index and static toughness.Finally,it analyzed control factors of pipeline steel from strengthening mechanism,chemical composition,controlled rolling and controlled cooling and microstructure.
