摘要:
针对高钢级输送管管体拉伸性能试验中发现的异常值和异常曲线,分析了试样制备过程对试验结果的影响,认为应变时效是造成管体拉伸试验结果异常的主要原因。对X80钢级直缝埋弧焊管管体的应变时效行为进行了试验模拟,结果与分析相吻合。最后,通过严格控制试样制备程序和加工条件,消除了应变时效对试验结果的不利影响。
Abstract:
Focusing on the doubtable results and abnormal stress-strain curves in the tensile test of high grade line pipe body,the effect on test results of sample preparation process was analyzed,and it is considered that strain aging was the main reason caused pipe body tensile test result abnormal.Then the strain aging behavior of X80 grade LSAW pipe body was conducted a test simulation and the result coincide with the former analysis.Finally,the procedure and conditions during the specimen preparation were strictly controlled and the strain aging effect on tensile test results was obviously eliminated.
