摘要:
研究了X70~X100高钢级管线钢组织的形成规律及其与性能的关系。研究结果表明:通过控制钢的冶金质量和控轧控冷工艺可获得不同组织的管线钢,而组织转变对钢的力学性能有较大影响;通过添加的微合金元素的作用,使管线钢在加热和变形过程中形成了细晶组织,提高了该级别管线钢的强度、焊接性和低温韧性,以保证该级别管线钢的综合性能。此外,还简要介绍了新开发X120管线钢的焊接性能及低温韧性。
Abstract:
The relationship between structure forming rule of X70~X100 high grade pipeline steel and its properties were studied in this article,the results indicated that pipeline steel with different structures can be obtained through controlling metallurgy quality of steel,as well as controlled rolling and controlled cooling process,while structure transformation will have greater effect on mechanical properties; Adding microalloy elements can make pipeline steel form fine-grained structure during heating and distortion courses,increase pipeline steel strength,weldability and low temperature toughness;this will ensure composite properties of this grade pipeline steel.In addition,it briefly introduced weldability and low temperature toughness of X120 pipeline steel which was developed newly.
