摘要:
简要介绍了目前油气输送焊管行业中常用的焊接检验尺的型号及其结构。分析了常规焊接检验尺在测量焊接钢管焊缝的某些几何尺寸(如焊缝余高,错边量)时,其可操作性与测量精度的局限性。设计了一款新型变跨距焊接检验尺,从结构上弥补了常规焊接检验尺的不足,如增加了两个滑块、横向锁紧装置、滑轨与横向刻度等。该新型焊接检验尺可以通过变化跨距代替多种型号的常规焊接检验尺,使用灵活方便,测量精度较高。
Abstract:
In this article, it briefly introduced the type and structure of welding inspection rule commonly used in transporting oil and gas industry, analyzed the operation and measurement accuracy limitation of conventional welding inspection rule during measuring some physical dimension(such as weld reinforcement and undercut). A new variable span weld inspection rule was designed, it makes up for the deficiency of the conventional welding inspection rule from structure, such as adding two sliders, transverse locking device, sliding track, transverse scale and etc. The new type welding inspection rule can replace many types conventional welding inspection rule through changing span, with flexible application and high measurement accuracy.
