摘要:
AP1000主管道系统焊接采用窄间隙TIG焊代替传统的手工焊。介绍了AP1000主管道系统的特点,综述了窄间隙焊的优点以及采用窄间隙焊可能存在的风险。在介绍上海核工程研究设计院推荐的主管道焊口焊接施工工序的同时,通过对几家管道安装公司的调研,结合他们的施工经验给出了另外2种可选的主管道焊口焊接施工工序。
Abstract:
Adopting narrow-gap TIG welding to replace traditional manual welding in AP1000 trunk pipeline system. In this article, it introduced the characteristics of AP1000 trunk pipeline system, the merits of narrow-gap TIG welding and the possible risks of adopting narrow-gap TIG welding. It also introduced the welding sequence of trunk pipeline recommended by Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institut is introduced,In the meanwhile, through investigation of several pipeline installation companies, it provided the welding sequence of trunk pipeline which will be used by two alternative welding sequences, combined with construction experience.
