摘要:
采用有限元软件对?准 219 mm×(14.3+3) mm机械式复合管进行了弯曲屈曲分析,结果表明机械式复合管在弯曲过程中主要的屈曲失效模式是内衬起皱;通过在有限元中添加过盈来模拟复合管的结合界面并对不同过盈量下的复合管进行了弯曲分析,结果表明采用过盈配合能够很好地模拟复合管的结合界面,并且过盈量越大复合管的结合强度和抗弯能力越高;分析了衬管壁厚对复合管抗弯性能的影响,结果表明增加衬管壁厚能够显著提高复合管的抗弯能力;通过在复合管有限元模型中添加焊接点进行弯曲失效分析,结果表明添加焊接点并不能消除复合管内衬起皱的现象,并且当焊接间距在一定范围内反而会降低复合管的抗弯能力。
Abstract:
In this article, it carried out bending and buckling analysis to ?准 219 mm×(14.3+3)mm mechanical composited tube by finite elements software, the result showed that lining wrinkle is the principal failure mode for buckling; through simulating the bonding interface by adding interference within finite elements, it also conducted bending analysis on composited tube with different interference amounts, the result indicated that adopting interference fit can simulate bonding interface well, the interference amount is bigger ,and the bond strength and the resistance to bending is higher. In the end, it analyzed the effect of lining tube thickness to the bending resistance of composited tube, the result demonstrated that adding the lining thickness can increase the bending resistance to composited tube obviously; it conducted bending failure analysis by adding welding spot in finite element model, the result indicated that adding welding spot cannot eliminate the phenomenon of lining wrinkles, by contrast, the bending resistance of composited tube will be decreased when the welding interval is in certain extent.
