摘要:
简要介绍了测量螺旋埋弧焊管残余应力的主要方法及其特点。分析了钢管成型焊接后残余应力的分布情况。通过切环试验获得切环弹复量的方式,因其简单、易操作而成为实际评价螺旋埋弧焊管残余应力大小的主要方法。介绍了确定残余应力与切环弹复量的关系时国内常用的3种做法。最后,根据板料的弹塑性弯曲理论,通过残余应变和弹复弯矩分别推导了弹复量与残余应力的关系,并对结果进行了合理性评价。
Abstract:
In this article, it briefly introduced the main methods to measure the residual stress of SAWH pipe and its characteristics, and analyzed residual stress distribution after steel pipe forming welding. At present, the elastic recovery amount is obtained through cut-ring test, which becomes the main method to evaluate the residual stress of SAWH pipe because of its simplicity and easy operation. It also introduced how to determine the relation between residual stress and cut-ring elastic recovery amount, and the commonly used 3 kinds of method in China domestic. In the end, according to elastic-plastic bending theory of material, the relation between elastic recovery amount and residual stress was deduced through residual strain and elastic moment, and the rationality evaluation was made to result.
