摘要:
外径、壁厚、定尺长度(支长)及不圆度、壁厚均匀度、直度等是不锈钢管生产和流通中需要关注的基本尺寸参数。比较分析了欧盟、美国和我国国家标准对不锈钢管的基本尺寸参数及其公差规定的差异。详细分析了美国标准中独特的不锈钢管标重公差的实际意义、放宽薄壁不锈钢管不圆度公差和严格厚壁不锈钢管壁厚均匀性公差的合理性,讨论了外径和壁厚的实际测量方法,以及校直可能给不锈钢管的耐腐蚀性带来的损害。
Abstract:
Outer diameter, wall thickness, sizing length, out-of-roundness, wall thickness uniformity and straightness are the dimension parameters in tubular goods production and circulation. In this article, it compared the basic dimension parameters and some tolerance differences in stainless steel pipe specified in standards of EU, USA and China, detailedly analyzed the practical significance of steel pipe scale weight tolerance in USA standard, the rationality of allowing the out-of-roundness tolerance of thin wall thickness and strictly stipulate heavy wall thickness uniformity tolerance in stainless steel pipe. It also discussed the possible damage caused from actual measurement method of outer diameter and wall thickness and straightening.
