摘要:
分别从制造技术、焊接技术、检测技术、施工技术、配套管件技术、新产品开发和标准体系建设等方面对国内外双金属复合管的技术现状进行了分析,提出了国内复合管技术的发展方向:应加快制造技术的研发和自动化程度;进一步开发和完善复合管管端焊接技术,以及复合管无损检测技术;着手开展复合管的全寿命设计和评估;开展复合管件的研发、规范化和标准化工作;加快特殊环境,如油气井、海洋环境的复合管产品开发;进一步完善国内复合管标准。
Abstract:
This article analyzed technology status of bimetal pipe around the world in recent years, point out the development direction of the bimetal pipe in China. It was analyzed separately from the manufacturing technology, welding technology, testing technology, construction technology, pipe fitting technology, new production development and standardization for the technology status of bimetal pipe. And put forward that we should accelerate the R&D and automation work of manufacturing technology. Should further develop and improve the pipe end weld technology and NDT technology. Should start the work of full-life design and assessment of bimetal pipe, and the work of R&D, standardization of the bimetal pipe fittings. Should accelerate the special environment such as oil and gas well, and marine environment of the product development. And further improve the domestic composite pipe standard.
