摘要:
用插销试验法研究了焊条电弧焊条件下ASTM4130钢的冷裂纹敏感性及断口特征。试验发现,在不预热、预热100 ℃和预热200 ℃三种条件下,ASTM4130钢的临界断裂应力分别为344.46 MPa,642.55 MPa和806.11 MPa。不预热和预热100 ℃时,断口具有典型的脆性断裂特征;预热200 ℃时,断口为韧窝断裂。粗晶区组织主要为马氏体和贝氏体,随预热温度增加,马氏体含量降低,贝氏体含量增加。结果表明ASTM4130钢的冷裂纹敏感性主要与粗晶区非平衡组织的产生密切相关。
Abstract:
The cold crack sensitivity and fracture characteristics of ASTM4130 steel were investigated using implant test under the condition of shielded metal arc welding. The results showed that the critical failure stress is 344.46 MPa, 642.55 MPa and 806.11 MPa corresponding to no preheating, preheating temperature of 100 ℃ and 200 ℃ respectively. Without preheating and preheat to 100 ℃, the fracture is with the typical characteristics of brittle fracture ; When the preheating temperature is 200 ℃, the fracture presents dimple fracture. The coarse grain zone organization mainly consists of martensite and bainite, with the preheating temperature increasing, the content of martensite decreases while the content of bainite increases. It is concluded that the cold crack sensitivity of ASTM4130 steel is closely related to the presence of the non-equilibrium microstructure in coarse grain zone.
