摘要:
针对页岩气开发具有的水力压裂压力高、生产采气压力低且产量迅速递减等特点,开展了生产套管螺纹连接优选研究以降低管柱成本。通过对井下生产套管工况分析,制定螺纹连接适用性评价程序,采用模拟旋转下套管抗扭矩粘扣试验、压裂密封完整性评价试验及生产采气密封完整性评价试验,对拟采用的台肩对顶密封经济型螺纹进行试验验证评价;采用有限元分析螺纹在不同载荷工况下的密封性,提出螺纹使用上扣扭矩控制措施;采用经济型密封螺纹进行了页岩气井的现场应用。研究和应用表明,建立的页岩气生产套管螺纹连接优选试验评价程序和方法合理,台肩对顶密封经济型螺纹可满足页岩气生产套管开发需求,并可有效降低管柱成本。
Abstract:
In view of the characteristics of high hydraulic fracturing pressure, low production and recovery gas pressure and rapid decline of production in shale gas development, a study on optimization of production casing threaded connection was carried out to reduce the cost of pipe string. Through the analysis of the working conditions of downhole production casing, the applicability evaluation program of threaded connection was developed, and the simulation of torque sticking test of casing under rotation, the fracturing seal integrity evaluation test, and production gas seal integrity evaluation test were adopted to test and evaluate the proposed abutment seal economical thread; the seal property of thread under different load conditions is analyzed by finite element method, and the control measure of thread torque is put forward; the field application of economical seal thread in shale gas well is carried out. The study and application show that the evaluation procedure and method of optimizing threaded connection of shale gas production casing are reasonable, the economical thread of abutment to top seal can meet the development demand of shale gas production casing, and can effectively reduce the cost of pipe string.
