摘要:
为了提升螺旋焊管预焊机组成型和预焊操作岗位的自动化控制水平,改善员工的工作环境,对螺旋埋弧焊管预焊机组原有成型和预焊岗位进行了离线操作改造。通过对成型和预焊岗位工艺参数的自动采集、设备运行状态的监视和岗位远程控制,成功实现了成型和预焊岗位的离线操作,并进行现场应用。应用结果表明,使用离线操作生产的焊管质量更加稳定,改善了操作人员的工作环境,提高了螺旋焊管预焊机组的信息化和智能化水平。
Abstract:
In order to improve the automatic control level of the forming and the pre-welding operation posts of the spiral welded pipe pre-welding unit, and make the working environment better for the employees, the original forming and pre-welding posts of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe pre welding unit were modified offline. Through the automatic collection of process parameters, the monitoring of equipment operation status and the remote control of post, the off-line operation of the forming and pre-welding post is successfully realized and applied on site. The application results show that the quality of welded pipe produced by off-line operation is more stable, the working environment for the operators is better, and the informatization and intelligence level of the spiral welded pipe pre-welding unit is improved.
